Dear Parents,
Keeping in view the situation and the approaching deadline of admission declared by the University of Bahrain, Pakistan School arranged for the direct delivery of the 12th Class FBISE Result Cards of its students here in Bahrain by sending a special representative to Pakistan. Alhamdolillah the school has received the result cards.
Now all those Students who have not submitted their previous documents for the attestation of 12th Result Card are requested to submit their 9th,10th,11th Result Cards along with SSC Certificate tomorrow i.e. 5th of August,2020 between 9am to 1 pm DEFINITELY. Failing to comply with the instructions could hinder their admission in the university and the school will not be responsible for it.

E- Extra Curricular Activities ( Grade 1-8)
Extra curricular activities are important for the overall development of students. Extra-curricular activities are important just as academics. Students learn to manage time, organizational skills and improve self-confidence. Students also learn new skills which are useful in school life like teamwork, time management, management of any activity, how to lead a group and many more extra skills. Developing these skills became a challenge due to COVID 19 and Pakistan School took this initiative to inculcate distant competition etiquettes in its students. A variety of COMPETITIONS for classes LKG – 8TH were announced and we got an overwhelming response. A judgement committee was formed to evaluate these competitions. The competitions held were as follows:
LKG & HKG – Poetry Recitation Competition
Grade 1 & 2 – Qira’at Competition
Grade 3 – Spelling Bee Competition
Grade 4 – National Songs
Grade 5 – Arabic Poetry Recitation
Grade 5, 6 ,7 & 8 – Arabic / English / Urdu Speech Competition
A total number of 280 students participated and 109 were declared winners by the judgement committee.
A big ,hearty CONGRATULATIONS to all the participants ,winners and their parents from the Principal for participating and winning . The Principal is extremely grateful to the parents for their immense cooperation in such adverse condition. The students are being appreciated with E-Certificates of Merit. The parents can get them printed or obtain a copy from the school’s reception.

Dear Parents:
As we are all aware that all schools are directed by the Government of Bahrain and Ministry of Education, to make use of technology for proper online teaching.
Pakistan school tried its best to find out the simplest, easiest and the most convenient ways of teaching online. We conducted Zoom classes on trial basis on 19th and 20th April, 2020 to check the level of ease for the parents and students. Regular classes started today. We also made available week-wise notes, assignments and activities of all the subjects for all our students. After monitoring the whole process of online teaching, we have come to a conclusion that the school would provide all the possible ease and convenience to parents and students. Following ways will be adopted for E-learning process:
- Students have been provided with the Zoom meeting ID and Password through which they can enter the classes according to the set timetable uploaded on the school’s official website.

Note: School prefers that all students should join Zoom classes. Those who cannot join Zoom classes due to non-availability of resources such as (laptop, Smartphone, internet connection) etc or due to any other reason, they will not miss their learning altogether as most of the lectures through Zoom will be made available (in the form of PowerPoint presentation) very soon on school’s official website and students may visit at any time to see the same. Timetable is subject to change and the changes will be notified to parents. Students are required to follow the timetable for Zoom classes, classes will be opened 05 minutes before the time given in the timetable.
Note: Those who face any issue in using Zoom classes may contact on the given WhatsApp number (33517064) or visit Isa Town School to meet the technical team for any assistance during school working hours.
- All the required learning material including subject-wise and class-wise notes, assignments and activities for the 1st week have been uploaded on the school’s official website. School will keep uploading all the required learning materials on weekly basis. Ministry of Education and school prefers that students download the assignments, solve in soft (as these are editable) and then upload on school’s official website, uploading of the solved assignments is not compulsory for those students who face any difficulty due to any reason.
Note: Preparation of notebooks of all subjects is mandatory from classes 1 to 9 and parents will be asked to submit the notebooks to the school once in a month. Parents will be notified about submission of notebooks. Teachers will check the notebooks and guide students for further improvement. Marks for completion of notebooks will be given to students in the 1st Term exam.
- As for the students of LKG and HKG, school prefers that all the required materials be downloaded from school’s official website, solved by the students and then keep these in notebooks or separate subject-wise files. If parents are unable to print the required assignments due to any reason, the school will make all the activities and assignments available for classes LKG, HKG and 1st in hard form at the reception of both schools Isa Town and Manama. Parents may collect the same from the reception from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon after clearance from accounts section from Sunday onwards.

Dear Parents:
School is going to commence new academic session 2020-21 from LKG to 9th from Sunday i.e. 19th April, 2020.
Students will be properly taught online with proper assessment and feedback. Kindly follow the instructions given below:
For learning material from school’s official website/students’ portal:
- Students will be able to see and download all the class-wise and subject-wise learning material from school’s official website.
- For mobile users:
Click on the MENU –> desired class –> the subject and download the learning material.
- For Computer users
Clicking the link will take you straight to the main page including all the classes.
- After going through these learning materials, students will be taught online through Zoom as per set timetable where all their queries and confusions will be clarified.
For downloading Zoom:
For this purpose, all the students are required to download Zoom and learn its use.
To download and use Zoom, following are the steps:
1) Click the following link:

2) If download does not start automatically then Click on the second option i.e. “Download from Google Play”
- After installing the Zoom, click on “Join a meeting “and enter the classroom ID and password sent by the school through SMS to all the parents.
- Doing the above (3) will enable you to enter the already scheduled classes.
Note:
- Sunday and Monday will be our trial classes in order to familiarize all the students with E-learning.
- From Tuesday onwards will be regular classes and attendance in these classes is mandatory for all the students.
